EYC Involvement: I have always felt that it is important foremost to enhance the quality of life in the community in which you live. EYC was established as a non-profit agency on the East side of Santa Barbara in 1986 due to a growing concern about the adverse impact that drug trafficking and addiction was having on the lives of teens and young adults. I happen to be at the right place at the right time to see the rise and formation of EYC.
